  • Member of Women’s Basketball Coaches Association and attended “So You Want To Be A Coach” Program (April 2015) 

  • Graduated from Furman University with Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Minor in Poverty Studies (2011 – 2015) 

  • Played basketball for the Furman Women’s Basketball Team (2011 – 2015) 

  • Graduated high school from Fort Worth Country Day and was a 12 varsity letterman in basketball, volleyball, and track (2007 – 2011) 

 

Coach Arnold was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas. During her time at Fort Worth Country Day School, she played volleyball and basketball and ran track. She started four years for the varsity basketball team and was the team captain during her junior and senior year. After graduationCoach Arnold attended Furman University in Greenville, SC where she walked on to the Women’s Basketball Team. She served as a co-captain during her sophomore, junior, and senior years and gained an athletic scholarship in her senior year. She graduated from Furman with a degree in mathematics, married her high school sweetheart, and moved to Houston, TX in the summer of 2015.She currently teaches math and science at Episcopal High School and coaches for the girl’s basketball programShe has enjoyed her first year of teaching and coaching and is looking forward to the many years to come.
