I want to first say that I am so proud of these young men (Gip, Daniel, Lil Q, Jacob, James, DC, President, Big Q,and Ryan).  They represented themselves very well at he Great American Shootout in Bryan College Station.  The team made it into the sweet 16 by going underfeated in pool play.  In pool play we defeated Houston Force 57-37.  In the second game against D1 Ambassadors we won 65-53.  In the 3rd game of pool play we defeated GCBC-Jackson 59-47.  In the 4th game was a thriller going into over-time against Ray Jacksons Rising Stars team.  Even though we came up short 60-63, those young men played and represented themselves very well.  There were several coaches after each game that came over and talked to me about how well the team played and that they were interested in several of the players.  I want to also thank the parents for such great support and all the help that you have provided in getting these young men where they need to be!  Looking forward to getting back in the gym and going back to work.
